Responsible for maintaining examination records and student documents and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all related information. Process examination forms, fees, and related correspondence in a timely and systematic manner. Coordinate examination schedules, seating arrangements, examination notices, and other related activities. Assist in University examination and result-related work and coordinate with concerned University departments regarding examination matters. Maintain and update student academic and examination data and prepare letters, reports, registers, and other official documents as required. Provide support in admission and other administrative activities, maintain proper filing and documentation of college records, and assist teaching and administrative staff in routine office work. Ensure the timely and efficient completion of all assigned administrative and examination-related tasks.

Responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, student fee collection, preparation of receipts, vouchers, bills and reports, handling cash and bank transactions, maintaining ledgers and financial documents. Also responsible for accurate data entry in accounting software and performing other financial duties assigned by the Accounts Officer/Management.
